Are there any ticket offices at the festival?

Yes, outside the enclosure you will find ticket offices where you can buy tickets for the festival or ask for information about it. Tickets will be sold there as long as they have not been sold out, which will be communicated the day before the event.

Can I leave the festival site and get back in?

No, you can only access the site once, if you leave you can’t re-enter with the same ticket.

I am only interested in seeing one concert of all the festival, is it possible to buy tickets for this one concert?

No, there is only the possibility to buy the day festival ticket which allows you enter the site for all the day. So you can buy just a one day ticket for one of the days of the festival or two tickets for both days.

Can I buy a ticket for a friend? How can I do it?

Yes, in the same purchase you can buy several tickets, because they are not nominal and allows access to the bearer. Tickets can be purchased previously on the website or the day of the event at the ticket office if there is not sold out.

Are the tickets nominal?

No, the ticket will be validated by the Promoter to its Owner and User at the ticket offices located next to the entrance of the venue. The ticket is the only valid element that empowers its Owner and User to access the musical venue.

I have not received any confirmation e-mail about my tickets. What I have to do?

If you have any problem with the tickets purchase, you can send an email to info@sharefestival.org, with the data entered in the purchase (Name, surname and email) and we will give you an answer as soon as possible.

What happens if I buy my full festival ticket from an unauthorized ticketing company, on a website or from an individual and it turns out to be counterfeit?

The festival organization does not guarantee the authenticity of any ticket which has not been bought at official points of sale.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

If you have lost your ticket, before the day of the event you can send us an email with your purchase data and we will resend it to the shame email you used to the purchase. But you have to consider the next conditions:

The festival organization does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of tickets. The holder of the ticket accepts all responsibility if a photocopied or forged duplicate of the ticket is presented, and therefore loses all the rights provided by the ticket to attend the event in question. Only the first ticket presented and validated by its code will be valid. Any other ticket with the same code presented later will be invalid. Resale of tickets is forbidden.

IMPORTANT: The barcode allows access to the site one time only. It is your responsibility to look after it and to avoid any copies being made of it. Do not publish it on social networks, do not print it in unsafe places and keep it away from third parties.

What is the refund policy?

Once the ticket has been bought, it will only be changed or refunded in the case of cancellation.

In case of cancellation, the purchaser can apply for a refund in a period no longer than 30 days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation, in the form specified by the Organization. The event will only be considered as cancelled if more than two concerts of the day are cancelled. Any cancellation will be on account of the impossibility for the artist or artists contracted by the festival to honour their contract.

The organisation reserves the right to alter or modify the programme should an artist be unable to perform at the festival for reasons beyond the control of the festival. The festival will look for a replacement.

Bad weather, natural disasters, Spanish airspace closure or any other force majeure will not lead to ticket refunds.
